I have tried almost all CPA networks and Targeleon get my attention. Targeleon is unique company which offer weekly payment to all publisher. In other networks, Publisher would be offered weekly Payment after using their service for few months (and sometime years). In Targeleon, all publisher are equal. What really matter for them is Traffic and Conversion.

Targeleon has strict rules to only allow high quality traffic and high quality websites. Publisher who have high quality website usually receive maximum eCPM rates and best coverage. I have few sites using Targeleon and all of them have different eCPM and daily revenue. In my experience, high quality website usually receive very high eCPM and better revenue due to lots of conversions.

For payment, Targeleon never miss single payment since I began using them in July. I have received more than seventeen payments and would get more since the company has no minimum limit to get payment.

What I really like from Targeleon are:
- Have no minimum limit to receive payment. Everyone will get payment each Friday.
- Weekly payment to all publisher.
- Timely payment. I always receive payment in timely manner.
- Have very nice support in public areas. They even have Official thread in public forum such as DigitalPoint.
- Revenue, statistics, offers and many things are available through API. This is very useful feature for someone like me who prefer to monitor all stats in single location. I have used multiple ads network (CPS, CPC, CPA, CPI, etc) and having to look each one of them is painful.
- Have higher payout than some network for similar offers. Publisher who use Targeleon may receive higher revenue than using other networks. I have no idea the percentage of revenue share but I usually get better revenue after using Targeleon on similar site.
- The ads load fast and didn't slow website

However, there are few things to improve:
- No bonus for Publisher. Another networks gave bonus to their publisher who pass some criteria. The good news is: Targeleon gave better and higher payout to their publisher compared to other networks (for some offers).
- No list of Top and Premium Publisher. Other networks have a list of Premium Publisher and gave them special 'contract'. Either Targeleon didn't have them or I am not yet added to their premium list. I respect any network which add their great publisher into special list.

Summary:
- Targeleon has higher and better payout for some offers compared to other networks.
- Has hundreds of offers and keep increasing (only for general offers). The networks may have more offers in the background (perhaps more than a thousand of special and specific offers. The number is just estimation as I have no idea the exact number).
- Higher revenue share (I have no proof for it. It just my estimation. I even don't know the percentage of revenue share).
- Timely payment. Targeleon always pay their publisher on-time.
- Never miss any single payment. The company pay their publisher each friday.
- Has no minimum to get payment. Even if publisher only get less than $1, the payment would be sent immediately to Paypal (or other payment gateway chosen by publisher).
- Lots of options to receive payments. The company has announced to add more payment gateway in near future.
- Support always reply to conversation.
- Has dedicated staff in public areas.
- Has official Thread in public forum such as DigitalPoint.

Conclusion:
I have tried lots of ads company in different types (CPS/CPC/CPA,etc) and Targeleon is one of good CPA company which offers lots of features to all of their publisher. The company always think high of their publisher and gave better payout for high quality Traffic/Conversion. If someone ask me which CPA company to use, I would say "Try Targeleon. You wouldn't need the others".
